The moment I stepped onto Amsterdam dirt I was hooked,
From the red coloured bricks of the cycle rich streets to the water filled avenues spreading they're wings across - tram driven people with unselfish smiling that balance the warmth and the goodness inside of the city that has the most wide open mind, its clear that they leave all they're troubles behind (of them)
Oh Amsterdam, oh Amsterdam
The moment i stepped onto
Amsterdam dirt I was hooked,
The women in windows who work for themselves are not forced to be living that middleman prostitute hell is a place that is far from this town, I'm high from it all but my feet are still touching the grounded young people with angerless eyes are destined to never be living a life full of lies.
this city is rich with an honest desire of setting my withered old spirit on fire with buildings that tilt with affectionate lean reflecting the people, go visit, and see what I mean,
One coffeeshop moment is all that I'll feed on it's far from
Important not something i need but the ritual of this is a feeling quite free from the uptight and ignorant ethics of something unseen.
I've a taste for this heaven like nowhere I've ever been, how can I leave it behind? But that's not the peak of my love for this city because at the end of it all there was you...
The moment I stepped onto Amsterdam dirt I was hooked,
From the red coloured bricks of the cycle rich streets to the water filled avenues spreading they're wings across - tram driven people with unselfish smiles that balance the warmth and the goodness inside of the city that has the most wide open mind, its clear that they leave all they're troubles behind (of them)
